Brink's CompuSafe® Service is a leading closed-loop cash management system. Brink's controls the entire process, so the potential for theft and discrepancies is virtually eliminated and we can guarantee clients that the amount of cash reported in the cassettes when picked up will be the same amount deposited to your bank account.
- How the Brink's CompuSafe® Service Works:
Store employees insert currency directly into one of the CompuSafe Family of Products safes, which reads and digitally verifies $1, $2, $5, $10, $20, $50 and $100 bills and places them into sealed, locked, secure cassettes. Unfit bills and checks are dropped in a fish-proof slot with an accompanying deposit ticket printed by the CompuSafe® unit.
A Brink's armored transportation messenger collects the sealed cash containers on a scheduled basis, and is typically in and out of your store in less than five minutes for minimal disruption and fast, reliable service. The Brink's messenger takes the cassettes to one of our secure currency rooms where trained tellers verify the contents, consolidate deposits from all of your locations, and transfer the funds into your bank account. Through our nationwide electronic reporting, you can receive deposit detail at your store or your corporate office.
